In 1999, we established our business as merger and acquisition intermediary to match up the buyers and sellers of business in Asia. In 2000, we expand into the professional consultancy firms that offer secretarial, audit, account and tax services to domestic as well as well international / regional / global market.
Our consultancy services were based on our professional training and more than 12 years of business practice. Besides professional services for domestic companies, we also involved in assisting our foreign customer in company registration in Malaysia and other chosen countries to set up offshore companies for investment and tax purpose. These chosen countries include Brunei, Singapore, labuan (Malaysia) , Hong Kong, nevada, british virgin island, United Kingdom, delaware and cayman.
As our business grows and stabilizes, we diversify into international trade by providing matching and sourcing services to both buyers and sellers for seaborne commodity especially Brazil iron ore fines and iranian copper ore.
In our business philosophy, we believed in only dealing with reliable and known parties for business. If either buyer or seller is not able to identify, this will be our policy to stop dealing so as to maximize the value entrusted to us by both buyers and sellers.
In term of track record, the biggest deal we have crowned to date is a contract worth approximately USD 0. 8 billion. Our ultimate aim is to be a frequent deal making companies for the mutual advantages of both buyers (importers) and sellers (exporters) ; no matter small or big so long it is a genuine deal and negotiation time minimized.
